Shaver Blades and Corers form an important aspect of minimally invasive surgical procedures.
Machining being our strength, HALLMARK Rotary Instruments are very precise, with smooth sliding fit of Outer tube onto the Inner one; complete machining being carried out by Swiss Sliding Heads.
The raw materials used is SS 440C Stainless Surgical Steel, Vacuum Heat treated and ground, lapped and polished on fully automatic CNC Machines, giving a very sharp Cutting edge.
The Hollow tubes are subsequently electro polished to achieve a Chromium rich surface with increased surface hardness. This goes a long way in helping smooth rotation between the Outer and the Inner tubes.
Our Rotary Instruments have proved very efficient for both fine as well as aggressive cutting actions.
